For those patients wanting a brief overview of
treatment options, time, cost, and payment options to improve smile alignment and other issues viewable photographically, then this complimentary visit is for you!
- This visit is 30 minutes.
- We introduce you to our boutique-style practice, take digital orthodontic photos which Dr. Kelly uses for your brief consult, and give you an estimate of treatment time and cost with payment options, including any applicable insurance you may have and our savings programs.
- For those patients choosing to start treatment, the comprehensive consult will be required for Dr. Kelly to formulate your accurate findings and best treatment plan option.
- If you choose to upgrade your consult to a comprehensive assessment, you can do this the same day of your brief consult appointment OR let us know when we contact you to confirm your appointment reservation. We will collect the $250 non-refundable assessment fee that day or to secure your reservation with Dr. Kelly.
- NOTE: The information in the brief consult is an overview based upon digital photos and may change in part or completely after comprehensive records and findings assessment is performed.

Our comprehensive consult is for the patient seeking
an in-depth assessment of findings for their bite, tooth positions, gum & bone support, jaw positions, and
factors affecting the airway, plus smile appearance.
This visit requires a $250 non-refundable assessment fee.
- This visit is up to 90 minutes.
- We introduce you to our boutique-style practice and take complete airway focused orthodontic records (digital orthodontic & airway focused photos, CBCT 3-D scan, panoramic & cephalometric radiographs).
- Dr. Kelly will do a professional orthodontic & airway focused exam, review of diagnostic findings, give you treatment plan options & time estimate. She will account for growth & development for children & teens OR existing conditions in adults.
- We will present your treatment fee and payment options, including any applicable insurance and our savings programs.
- Many patients choose to start treatment the same day to get going AND take advantage of the same day savings program!
- This consult is loaded with value in receiving your treatment overview from a specialist in airway focused orthodontics & dentofacial orthopedics!
